I went to High School at Loyola High School in Towson, Maryland. In December of 1975 when the Senior Year pictures were taken, I was not present. My father and mother, who grew up in Ireland had taken me and my brothers back to meet my relatives, many of whom I had never met.

When I returned, I had a “Make-up” picture taken by a sophomore member of the photography club. When the yearbook came out the week before graduation, I was angry that I was the only graduating senior whose picture was not included in the book. I confronted the “Sophisticated-Moron” who took my picture. He said he forgot to turn it in….WTF. So….with NO “Senior Picture”… there was NO “Senior Quote”. 

Forgive me if I use this forum…forty-seven years later, to finally provide my senior quote.

Here it is: “Make the most of life…discover new colors… if you can’t find any… Invent them!”

Welcome to Kevland, hold on to your plain-black hat, together we will find new colors. They exist inside our minds…our mission is to show them to others. My goal for this website, it to invite people into the sophisticated/moronic kaleidoscopic wilderness of my mind, and to journey and host the work of some other “Kevland-Worthy” artists and mind-expanding wayfarers.
